Shipping Information

We strive to get your custom prints to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping speeds, costs, and tracking procedures.


1. Shipping Speeds and Estimates

The total time to receive your order consists of Production Time (printing and packaging) plus Transit Time (delivery by the carrier).

Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and the complexity of the product (e.g., specialized finishes may take longer).


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the chosen speed, and the destination.

  • Flat Rate: We offer flat-rate shipping for certain product categories.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is printed and handed over to our carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
  • You can also view your order status in the [My Orders] section of your geeprint® Client Portal..

4. International Shipping

Geeprint currently ships to USA, CANADA, BRAZIL.

  • Customs and Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Geeprint has no control over these charges.

5. Multiple Shipments

To ensure you get your items as fast as possible, we may ship items from the same order in separate packages. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.


6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Geeprint is not responsible for delays or misdelivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We can only change the address if the order has not yet entered the shipping phase.


7. Missing or Damaged Packages

  • Missing: If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers scan early) before contacting us.
  • Damaged: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact our support team within 14 days so we can arrange a reprint.
