OPEN POSITIONS

Role Overview: We are looking for a visionary designer with a deep understanding of large-format branding and environmental graphics. You won’t just be “making things pretty”—you’ll be solving visual problems for high-end retail, events, and corporate spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design projects from concept to final proof.
- Develop creative layouts for custom signage, vehicle wraps, and wall murals.
- Collaborate with clients to translate their brand identity into physical spaces.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience, mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, and a portfolio that demonstrates a strong grasp of scale and typography.

Role Overview: The final gatekeeper of quality. You are the bridge between the digital file and the physical machine. We need someone who speaks the language of color profiles, bleed lines, and substrate limitations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive file flight-checking and troubleshooting.
- Advanced color management and matching (Pantone/CMYK) for UV and Latex printing.
- Optimizing cut paths for Zünd/Kongsberg digital finishing.
Qualifications: Deep technical knowledge of print production workflows, RIP software expertise (Onyx/Caldera), and an uncompromising eye for detail.
