Geeprint General Terms and Conditions

The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. 2.3. Color Accuracy: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, because individual computer monitors and mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that the color you see will exactly match the printed product (RGB vs. CMYK).

3. Payment and Taxes

6. Intellectual Property & User Content

6.1. Our Content: All content on this site (designs, text, graphics, logos) is the property of Geeprint or its licensors. You may not use it without our express permission. 6.2. Your Content: You retain ownership of any designs, photos, or logos you upload (“User Content”). However, by uploading them, you grant Geeprint a license to use, reproduce, and print that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. 6.3. Prohibited Content: You represent that you own the rights to your User Content. We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains material we deem offensive, illegal, or that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEEPRINT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law
