At Geeprint, our goal is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order. Because our products are custom-made specifically for you, we have established the following guidelines for returns and refunds.
1. The Geeprint Satisfaction Guarantee
If the products you receive do not match the design you approved or arrive damaged/defective, we will make it right. Depending on the situation, we will:
- Reprint your order at no additional cost.
- Issue a Credit to your Geeprint account for future use.
- Issue a Full Refund to your original payment method.
2. Circumstances Covered by This Policy
We provide a full resolution for the following issues:
- Manufacturing Defects: Issues with paper quality, binding, or physical construction.
- Printing Errors: If the final product differs significantly from the digital proof approved by you.
- Damage in Transit: If the package arrives damaged by the carrier.
- Incorrect Quantity: If you receive fewer items than you ordered.
3. Circumstances Not Covered (Exclusions)
As a custom printing company, we cannot offer refunds or reprints for errors outside of our control, such as:
- Typos and Grammar: Errors in text provided or approved by the customer.
- Low-Resolution Images: Blurry or pixelated prints resulting from low-quality files uploaded by the user.
- Design Preferences: If you simply “change your mind” after the product has been printed.
- Color Variations: Minor color shifts between your screen (RGB) and the printed product (CMYK).
- Delivery Delays: Delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund
